1. Purpose of this policy

This privacy policy explains how French Global Pro collects, uses, retains and protects personal data submitted via the website www.french-global-pro.fr.

The website is a professional showcase site. It does not allow direct ordering or payment online. Data collected via the site is primarily used to respond to contact requests, organise a discussion, qualify a professional request or prepare a proposal.

French Global Pro does not collect sensitive data via the form. The form is limited to information needed to respond to a professional request: identity, contact details, organisation, role, type of request and message.

French Global Pro has not appointed a Data Protection Officer; this is not required given the nature, volume and current purpose of processing carried out via the website.

3. Personal data collected

French Global Pro may collect the following data when a user completes the contact form, sends an email or requests a discussion:

• email address;
• phone number when provided;
• type of request;
• message content;
• date and time of submission;
• source of the request;
• professional information voluntarily shared by the user.

Technical data may also be processed for operation, security and maintenance: IP address, browser type, device, connection date/time, pages viewed, technical logs.

Users are invited not to submit sensitive, confidential or unnecessary information via the public form.

These providers act, depending on the case, as processors or technical providers. Data is not sold to third parties.

7. Use of Lovable Cloud

The website uses Lovable Cloud for certain technical features, including processing of the contact form and the associated database. The exact data location depends on Lovable Cloud infrastructure and information published by Lovable in its documentation, contractual terms, Data Processing Agreement and sub-processor information.

French Global Pro limits data collected to the strict minimum, does not collect sensitive data via the form, and maintains a data minimisation policy.

8. OVHcloud domain

The domain name www.french-global-pro.fr is managed via OVHcloud. Where OVHcloud acts solely as registrar, DNS provider or related services provider, it is not the primary host of the website content, unless an OVHcloud hosting service is actually used.

9. Transfers outside the European Union

Depending on technical providers used, certain personal or technical data may be processed within the European Union or, where applicable, outside it.

Where data is transferred outside the EU, French Global Pro ensures, within the limits of its means and based on provider-supplied information, that such transfers rely on a GDPR-recognised mechanism, notably:

• an adequacy decision of the European Commission;
• Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission;
• the Data Privacy Framework where the US provider concerned is certified;
• additional contractual, organisational or technical measures where necessary.

10. Retention periods

• contact requests and pre-contractual exchanges: up to 3 years after the last active exchange;
• professional prospects: up to 3 years after the last active contact;
• clients, contracts, accepted quotes, invoices and accounting records: legal duration, generally up to 10 years for accounting obligations;
• data needed as evidence of a right, contract or dispute: time needed to defend the legitimate interests of French Global Pro;
• technical security data: strictly limited duration;
• necessary cookies: limited to the technical operation of the website;
• cookie consent preferences: reasonable duration depending on the banner configuration.

11. Rights of data subjects

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, any data subject has the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent, and instructions regarding their data after death.

Direct public database writes to contact_requests are disabled. Contact form submissions are processed only through the HMAC-protected server function, with honeypot, rate limits and server-side validation.

API keys, technical identifiers, secrets and administrator access are never exposed in the browser or in public parts of the website.

13. Contact form

The contact form allows users to send a request to French Global Pro. Required fields are limited to the information needed to reply. Submitting the form does not constitute a contract, order, acceptance of a quote or commitment by French Global Pro.
